Does Teachers’ Educational and Professional Experience Impact on Teaching Strategies in Primary Education

Teachers’ experience has undoubtedly evolved over a decade. Articulating teachers’ perspectives and the thought-process of their personal educational career practice may influence pedagogical approaches in classrooms. Despite recent research on digital technologies, continuous exploring, learning, planning, training themselves advocates connection towards various growing experiences that requires further research. Therefore, this paper explores primary school (Australia) interrelation between alongside its impact teaching practices. Theoretically underpinned with theory concepts (Dewey 1938), phenomenological approach interpretivism paradigm is adopted to accept subjective views eleven teachers through semi-structured interviews. Interpretive thematic analysis adapted ensure depth meaning an individual’s rigorously investigated. Lastly, demonstrates broader discussion regarding ‘experience’ learning acquisition how it actively influences applied education.
